Phoned a TON of times, never pick up most of the time. I pay $80 for the fastest speed they offer and during peak hours I'm lucky to get 1Mbps. Can't watch YouTube or play video games on that. If you have to go with them I suggest getting the slowest plan available as they can't offer anything fast from 9-5 and save yourself a bunch of money!!!

We have been with AB North around 4 years now and no major problems. It has gone down no more than ten times in those 4 years and within 20 mins during the day and 1 hour during the night of phoning and leaving a message it is back up or on the phone with me figuring it out. I will never switch internet providers and I hope more people have the same experience we get watching YouTube and gaming with no lag. Ty so much for your service.
